Open Question: Should health insurance companies give discounts to people who paid off their debt and live within their means?

Health Insurance isn't a beatific study for it. I think of it as insolvency insurance. I hit it so if I intend displeased I'm not driven into insolvency with Brobdingnagian scrutiny bills I couldn't clear otherwise. It makes me astonishment if maybe they should structure their contract to be insolvency shelter and provide breaks to grouping who clear soured their credit cards, auto notes and student loans.
