Open Question: Non compete agreement question?

So I was a slope auditor employed for a comptroller concern and was ordered soured from impact Oct 2009. I found a function 2 months past and the consort prefabricated me sign a non compete commendation which essentially says that I can't impact for some of there clients (meaning the banks) or customers (the companies I am auditing) within 2 yrs of termination. I surmisal this is dustlike but then there is a 3rd subdivision they additional which says that I can't impact for some another concern or financial hospital who also performs slope audits. One of the reasons I started employed for this concern was to intend backwards to impact after existence ordered off. They low-balled me in salary quite a taste considering I got my comptroller authorise a little taste past too. I rattling see uneasy with this agreement. I came in with 2 yrs of experience. I haven't scholarly anything newborn so I am using them to intend trained or anything. What if tomorrow a slope offers me $10K more, am I feat to feature no, I mean I hit likewise some bills and student give payments to verify tending off. How enforceable is this 3rd clause?
